By accessing or using Llama Lodge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account activity. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Payments & subscriptions

Paid plans, when available, may renew automatically unless cancelled as described in the plan details. Prices and features may change with notice where required. Taxes may apply.

6. Content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of the data and files you upload. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the service. The Llama Lodge name, logo, and product materials are owned by us or our licensors.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access.
• Uploading malware or interfering with service operation.
• Violating privacy, intellectual property, or applicable law.

8. Third‑party services

The service may integrate third‑party offerings (e.g., payments, storage). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those components.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Llama Lodge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Llama Lodge harmless from claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue lies in courts located in Denver County, Colorado.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll provide a prominent notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
