Llama Lodge began across late evenings and early mornings, landlords gathering spreadsheets, scrolling through texts, and promising themselves they’d “get to it this weekend.” In Denver, 2024, we wrote down a different promise: make ordinary weeks lighter for people who manage rentals alongside real life.
